personally i'm interested in applications to solar technology/photocells.
ReplyDeleteI strongly second Brian's suggestion. I think we should also talk about LEDs and Transistors.
ReplyDeleteI agree strongly with the PV as well as optoelectronics in general. I would also like to learn more about FETs especially MOSFETs(cause they are just so practical). Some surface discussion of integrated circuits and high energy/frequency devices might be good background to have as well.
ReplyDeleteSo far we have grasped a fairly in depth view on p-n junctions. For the last few weeks I was wondering if we could cover things faster in order to get a broader understanding of the applications of the material we have covered so far.
ReplyDeleteI would also like to spend some time on optoelectronic applications if possible.
